Further development of professional social work in the field public health, including participation workers provision medical and assistance to patients with oncological profile, requires a type activity other organizations sphere. The article presents an analysis findings scientific research by domestic authors on theory practice cancer their families at various stages treatment, diagnostic rehabilitation processes, as well palliative care. Currently, process institutionalization work, particular oncology has been developed, which made it possible determine objects influence, technologies organizational forms its implementation. Despite multi-level system training created country, physical presence cer care is limited.
